At closing you will be given by your realtor or closing agent a copy of Somerset Village HOA governing documents. Please read them carefully before closing so you are familiar with restrictions laid on in these approved 1987 documents.
- Non- Rental community- you cannot rent your home or individual rooms out to others – including relatives.
- No fences allowed for any reason
- All exterior changes MUST be approved by the ARC committee prior to any work begins.
- If Covenants and Restrictions are not followed, you will be notified of any violation with ample time to resolve the issue.
- Board Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month at 7 PM.
- ARC (Architectural Review Committee ) meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM.
- When approved for a new roof, you are responsible for ensuring that all nails and roofing equipment is cleared from your yard before mowing can continue.
- All Green Lid garbage and Blue Lid recycle bins must be stored in your garage or behind the house.
- Monthly assessments (dues) are due by the 10th of each month. We accept checks, no cash. If you wish to pay by credit card or ACH please notify the clubhouse via email. There is a 3% convenience fee for credit card payment and 1% for ACH payment.
