Roof Shingles – used for complete roof replacement need an ARC approval PRIOR to installation:
Replacement of missing roofing shingles or spot repairs must match the current color of the roof. All roofs shall be maintained clean and clear of all stains, discoloration and debris, with no visible signs of fungus algae, mold or mildew.
All roof in Somerset Village must use fiberglass/asphalt classic or architectural style shingles.
Colors: Homes that have green or yellow tones may use beige or gray shingles. Homes that have brown/beige tones must us brown/beige shingles. Homes with gray tones must use gray shingles.
ARC committee meets the third Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm in the clubhouse library.
