A Covenants & Restrictions Committee (“C&R’s” ):

Consist of three (3) or more members with the duties and functions to review and enforce the provision of the Declaration.
A Nomination and Elections Committee:
Consist of five (5) members and two (2) alternate members, with duties and functions as outline in Article VII, Sections 2 A and B of the Bylaws.
Special Committee:
The president, with a majority vote of the Board, may appoint or eliminate special committee as deemed necessary.
